Inspired by the Cornish landscape

With a focus on big dramatic skies and wild seas, Anna’s paintings are a love letter to the transient beauty of nature. The inspiration for her coastal landscapes comes from the alluring and rugged coastline of Cornwall in all its seasonal glory.

Anna paints predominately in oils and her style combines soft blends with accented texture. The underlying theme to all of Anna’s artwork is that sense of calm and mindfulness derived from time spent in wide open spaces, and her preferred choice of a cool blue colour palette reflects this.

 

Anna works from her home studio situated in between Bath and Bristol.
